RESIDENT SELECTION CRITERIA
1. Your application will not be processed without all documents attached and the required application fee(s).
2. All adult applicants/occupants over the age of 18 must complete and sign an application. An application fee of $50 per applicant is required when the application is submitted.
3. Valid photo ID must be submitted with application.
4. Applicants must have verifiable work history and/or verifiable source of income.
5. Applicants must have verifiable credit. If applicant does not have verifiable information, a co-signer will be needed.
6. Applicants must have verifiable rental or ownership history. If applicant does not have verifiable information, a co signer will be needed.
7. NO PETS are permitted without specific permission. The following breeds will not be accepted under any conditions: Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Catahoula Leopard, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier or Wolf. A non-refundable pet fee will be assessed and payable before move-in.
8. We reserve the right to require a higher security deposit or additional prepaid rent.
