Greetings from St. Augustine! I have been a resident here for almost 20 years and absolutely love our community! Having grown up in Pittsburgh, I appreciate the mild climate, the accessibility to the beach/boating and the abundance of clear, sunny days!

I graduated from Flagler College in 1995 with a degree in Marketing. My venture in to real estate began in 2000 when I started investing in single-family homes in an area of St. Augustine called “The Shores.” After purchasing a few homes, the Realtor I worked with suggested I get my real estate license and pursue a full time career in real estate. I took his advice and the rest is history…….

I now personally own seven rental properties and manage a portfolio of an additional 30+ properties. As a rental property owner myself, I believe I can relate to the cares and concerns of the owners I represent. I recognize the importance of selecting and screening tenants, the need to have a network of service providers and vendors available to provide emergency and routine services, the security of knowing that properties are being monitored and the confidence of receiving the services needed to maximize profitability.

In my “spare” time, I enjoy anything to do with being outside: I’m an avid fisher-woman (out of my kayak) and I’m in to hiking and camping.   I walk about 6 miles a day: 3 in the morning to get started and 3 at night to unwind! My other hobbies include sewing and being a pet-mom to 3 spoiled cats and one princess puppy.
